Default escos question

hi quick question i dont know a thing about 4x4 and recently broke the passenger side driveshaft on my escos now i ve replaced it i need help with replacing any lost fluids i.e. is it differential or gearbox how much and where to

Should not have lost to much of any fluids but its worth checking fill plug for diff is a large torques bolt about halfway up the diff fill it until it starts dribbling back out it wont take much, before you try and undo it give it a good smack with a hammer or you will round it off.

Did you pop the drive shaft out of the end ,if you did check the engine mount as they are prone to failing and eating driveshafts as the engine lifts.

i have the same problem atm, unsure whats causing mine so doing lots to reslove it, BUT you will have not lost any fluids but as said check anyway for peace of mind... you only lose fluids if there is a problem diff side

thanks guys didnt think i had lost any but just thought it would be good to check and im not to sure about the diff setup will check tomorrow thanks

have you checked your engine mounts as its always the near side mount that callopses.

engine mounts are fine mate thanks just a simple bit of mistreatment on a b road
