Easy enough to do but a bit cramped and fiddly.
You obviously need to take of the clutch pedal to fit it, by removing clips at end of brake clutch pedal shaft, an cable etc off.
I don't think they can be done in situ but have not done one for years, so can't remember.

I think mine needs doing too. I can hear the clutch pedal click every now and then and just before its a bit harder to get in gear. As soon as it clicks, everthing is fine. Does this sound like i need a new one too?

How much do you think a garage would charge to fit it, and how much is the part itself? Cheers.

Yep thats how mine started now I have to let it click every time before changing gear
Infact when I first start the car I have to put it in 3rd so it clicks so I can actually select first

I'll have a crack at it over the weekend........maybe

Easy enough job just a bit cramped working area, I can do it and I'm 54" chest so most should have no problem.
You can get a MANUAL adjuster for these as well, well at you could years ago anyway to replace ratchet.
