Cake lover!
iTrader: (3)
I have an Apexi AVC-R that i will be fitting to mine once the new engine goes in.
Cons
Has to be wired in and needs a wheel speed input to use all the features.
Needs to be set up by someone if you dont know what your doing.
Idiot owners who turn the boost past its safe cut off point, complain this is what killed there engine.
Not common in the Cossie world so limmited info out there.
Pros
Has a safety feature that if the unit fails it will only give you actuator pressure, unlike Air injectors that will give you unlimmited boost.
Can run different boost settings for each gear and have 3 programs eg: Wet, Dry, and OFF[actuator pressure].
Scramble button function can be fitted to give a set amount of over boost for a set period.
Can give Throttle possion, Duty, Speed, Peak recall. Theres a few more but thats just off the top of my head.

i have the Apexi - AVCR, been using it for near on 2 years now and is faultless, real good bit kit.
only down side is cost and may need to be fitted and set up by a pro tuner if you are a bit unsure ( the instruction`s are clear )
i still have not as yet got the speed sensor function on it, but its fully programmable in car.
its the way to go
