hi mat, theres 16 in total, 7 each side on the long skirt and only 1 on each small piece,you should still be able to get some.

AND, do they fit the front and back of the skirts OK before I order them

firstly yes they fit all the way along no problem.

as for removing the side skirts,obviously you need to drill out the rivets first on the ends and undo all the screws along the bottom,then remove the small piece of kit first,dont just pull it towards you or youl break the clip,you need to lift it up and un hook it off the clip carefully,leaving the clip in the sill,then once you have that piece off theres a 10mm bolt under there also holding the long piece to the sill,remove that,and same agen carefully lift the top of the skirt upwards going along un hooking it leaving all the clips in the sill.
you must remove all the clips out the sill after and clip them back on the skirts to re-fit them,making sure there aligned with the holes in the cill before you press or tap them in one at a time,i used a pair of cutters to carefully prize the clips out the cill,but you can also use one of those door panel clip screwdrivers if you know wot i mean.
if any of you arnt sure wot the clips look like let me know and il put a pic up,as youl probably understand better knowing wot they look like

a bit of lubricant helps on the ends of the clips when refitting them,just allows them to pop in the holes a bit easier

the last two are longer one´s on each side.
