Cheers for that, could anyone also tell me what plugs to recommend for my cossie.

The car is full stage 3, i have been told to use Motorsport 701's but i cant seem to find them in Northern Ireland. I dont use Ebay so any numbers etc to get them? Or do you recommend something else?
