they should fit fine but will prob look better with some 15mm spacers to bring them out more

they will go on but won't fill the wheel arches properly.
mine have WOLF wheel spacers and are 18x8 et25

They look identical to early Vectra GSI wheels? 17" as well?

Are they the same or just incredibly similar?

vectra gsi about 98-99 same as WOLF just the ford ones have
different offsets and stud patterens.
