powerflex all the way mate, they do cost but you spend half the time fiting them
done them on my sierra and it took 20 minutes a side from getting the tools out to putting them back again (inners AND outers)
the ones that rally design do took me 12 hours
and the superflex ones tend to go a bit wobbly after a while
the powerflex ones are still going strong after 9 years
one word of warning though, if you are thinking of doing the inners make sure that the sleve goes into the space in the crossmember first otherwise no amount of pushing and straining will get it up there, better to smooth off a bit of the metal sleeve than to try and get the crossmemebr to widen a bit

I used powerflex on the front top mounts and rear beam big bushes.
and the rest Poly Sport or Poly Bush, cheap and do the job well.
I use them on the sapph too.

Dojj my god 12 hours mate! would have had enough after an hour and probably put them in the bin! HA HA. Powerflex lasting you 9 years, cant argue with that.

they guy came a long way to get them fitted, but they were way to oily and stretchy, and with the powerflex ones they go to a point and then they will pop in, these ones kept on stretching and there was absolutly no way we oculd get them to pop in
in the end we decided that it was just a case of using brute force to bend everything into position and slot them home, with the powerflex ones i tend to put them onto the arb first, then put the tca on, then the inners go into the crossmember, then slide the inner sleve into the tca, then slot the front one over the top
never failed me yet and you get a bit more play getting them on
i'll do a quick fitting thing the next time i've got a few spare minutes at the other garage with the camera

PART RANGE DESCRIPTION
Powerflex polyurethane suspension bushes are much stiffer than standard and contribute to more precise handling. They are supplied in 3 colours depending on the rating of the bush.
Yellow - the softest compound for exhaust mounts and other bushes where flexibility is required (depending on the car).
Purple - a medium compound for use where some flexibility is required (depending on the car).
Black - the stiffest compound for use where maximum rigidity is required (depending on the car).
just found this on a performance centre site just incase it helps anyone else interested in fitting them!
