Does anyone know if GGR would fit a Group A head gasket on any cars they did their 335 conversion on?

Basically i've got a GGR335 set up and wondered what head gasket i'm likely to have. I'd find it strange for them to fit Greens ect without changing the gasket but i just wanted to check

not necessarily,i rang them up once for the same thing and unfortunately they dont keep any records and couldnt tell me a thing, they rely on you having the receipt as to what is exactly done, and could only confirm that it had one of thier conversions

Probably not - the standard gasket should be OK for 330bhp.

mine was done at ggr with the 335 conversion before i bought it, lasted 7 years and 25,000 miles, when removed it was just a standard grp A one.

Abstract form the GGR website:

325/335 BHP CONVERSION - HIGH FLOW FUEL PUMP, MATCHED SET OF HIGHER FLOW RATE FUEL INJECTORS, ADDITIONAL BABYBOARD & EPROM, EXHAUST SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS.

375 BHP CONVERSION -AS ABOVE PLUS: GAS FLOWED CYLINDER HEAD, WRC TYPE HEAD GASKET, HIGH CLAMP STUD & NUT KIT, MATCHED SET OF HIGHER FLOW FUEL INJECTORS, NEW EPROM, 3 BAR MAP SENSOR.

So I guess they don't except on customer request...
