Default turbo upgrade??what next?

hi i own a escos running a low comp engine,greys,t34 bd10 and bd14 cams running 26psi.im thinking of upgrading to a better turbo any ideas?a t38 with 360 bearings?or a gt30 or sumthing?mainly road use but sum track and strip.

i would go for a GT30R as thay are very good and nice on the road we have one running one and he loves it

i have not tried any of the GT range yet but i do have a TT T38 on my car, fantastic bit of kit !!!! even takes all the stick i give it with the ALS

Head work will be a big part to the deciding factor mate.

dependant on what you've had done head wise will depend on what turbo you can go for, as you really dont want the surging issues if the head ports are to small.

Any ideas where T38 or GT30 hits full boost (let's say 26psi for example) on a cosworth engine (with modified head and cams)?

Around the 3800- 4000rpm on a 2wd manifold

also depends on what T38 you go for.

mine was a UT T38 - hitting full boost of 36psi by about 3500rpm

Which one are you talking about T38 or GT30? I presume GT30. What kind of torque did it give?
