Default ecossie brakes

hi ppl!!
i drive a mk 3 orion which is basically a mk 5 escy and want to upgrade my brakes and was thinkin cossie would be the way to go!!
do u know if any cossie brakes will fit or for ease just the escy cossie ones??
and does any one have a rough idea of price??

been looking at a few threads and u guys have some proper pukka motors!! am very jelous!!

the front suspension /brakes on an escort cosworth bears no resemblance to that of the mk5/6 escort or orions your best bet is to get them off a mk5/6 rs 2000 m8

wot about if i changed the front hubs for escy cossie ones??

dunno just wot ive been told!!

u guys own da cossies so if u reckon they aint gonna fit then dats cool!!

cosworth callipers and disks will fit , think all you need to do is drill the holes in your hub out from 10mm to 12 mm for the calliper bolts , then space your disk out acordingly due to the slightly different disk offset usualy with washers

Yeah as above you can just use 2wd cossie discs and 4wd pads and callipers

cool thanx so no need to get different hubs just drill out the hole to 12mm??
can i use any cossie caplipers or stick wiv escy ones??

think only the 4x4 ones fit mate , will need the escos hoses aswell

didn't know that, tho the rs 2000 brakes will bolt straight on no messing

ive just replaced my rs2k fronts with 285mm cosowrth sized brakes much better IMO
