Autronic on small turbo Escos

Autronic on small turbo Escos
IF I was to sell my car for a small turbo model would I be able to convert it using Autronic to a similar spec or more than my MAD stage 4 big turbo ?
Is this better than simply converting the whole car to big turbo spec, I am interested in changing to Autronic as Mark is always saying how good it is and thought that if I did sell my car - I could get a newer small turbo that wasn't quite so weedy as they mostly seem to be

for no good reason I mean a majority of the "305bhp" cars

I am thinking about a 350BHP conversion for my std T25 escos, how much more expensive would it work out to put the car on decent management (ie autronic, T2 etc) than just bolting all the big turbo stuff? From what I can work out It would be roughly the same costs- Also, what can a T28 turbo produce? is 300BHP the upper limit? as I love the way the small turbo drives
