Default mk1 cortina GT barn find

mate of mine just got this must be rare now
barn find 1 owner been off the road since 1992 32,000 miles
wings, arches and sills are rotten but doors bonnet and boot are good loads of good bits on it
is it scrap or is it worth stripping and selling in bits ?

dont know alot about cortinas but that looks like a mk2 4 door not a mk1 gt

whats it worth I no its hard to say with out looking at it in the flesh ? my mates trying to fine out if it would do more money in bits

Probably would do more in parts but if it could be saved be a shame to strip it not many left now

Jet wash it off, take some pictures of it and bang it straight up on ebay at 99p.
Will fetch a decent amount i would have thought.

Sold my Sportscar as a house deposit & bought a Mk1 GT payed Ł80 for it in 1972 sold it for Ł85 after a year.

The four-door GT was rarer than the two-door. Put it on eBay or the Cortina forums and see what you get.
