i chaecked out insurance for me, 19 with 1 year NCB and 2 years drivin and quotes were pretty good. 700 notes for a mk 2.8i, nice!!!
cant afford to buy one tho!!!

you should definitely put the original lights and grille back on it mate.
i think it would look great witha set of 15" minilites on it.
keep it if you possibly can.
you'll regret it ten minutes after you sell it.

I just spoke to him to arrange pickup & seems a nice guy an enthusiast so sounds on a level should be good fingers crossed. He's got lots of spares aswell said he had a full rs bodykit if you know what that is.

Some questions:
With fitting an xe theres about an inch clearence from the firewall. The dizzy is taken off & blanked i think? what sensors are on the back of the head that would need moving?

Hi, just joined the site, got a 1986 1.6 laser with 270bhp cossie turbo,brooklands wheels,lsd,coilovers,cossie brakes,cage,turbotail,rs front spoiler,demoulded,fishnets,almost finished! also got a 2.0s slammed on billys,4 pots,white brooklands wheels,turbotail,rs front spoiler,soon to be V8! my father also has two capri 2.8i turbos, one 200bhp and one 230bhp,grey one has tiger stripes,turbotail,fondmetal wheels full leather,yellow one has escort cosworth wheels,half leather,single exit exhaust,and 1.6 badge on boot!
