I'm really gettin pi**ed off with my s2 thats the second fuel pump really its melted in 6 months is there an alternative relay i can use that handles this high load as i no its a bit o a problem on turbo's

 

If the relay is melting so frequently i'd suggest your fuel pump is on it's way out.

 

either that or the connection to the pump is corroded or partially severed wire some where !

Yeah check the connection on the pump, they get really shitty under the car

SOY i changed the fuel pump last time i changed the reallly so ill redo the connections this time i think

 

Hmmm, sounds like somethings making the relay work too hard. . they get hot when the pump is duff and that's what burns them out, check if they get hot if you fit a new one.

P.s. i wish SOY was my car need to be changing the avatar lol
