Not a bad result from BandwidthPlace (but the results are pretty inaccurate, at higher speeds):

Communications: 3 megabits per second
Storage: 365.1 kilobytes per second
1MB file download: 2.8 seconds
Subjective rating: Great

ADSLGuide's test seems to be better:

Direction . . . . . . . Actual Speed . . . . . . . . . . .True Speed (estimated)
Downstream . . . 21333 Kbps (2,666.6 KB/sec) . . . 23039 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream . . . . . 10508 Kbps (1,313.5 KB/sec) . . . 11348 Kbps (inc. overheads)

You'll need Java (and possibly JS) enabled to be able to use that second speedtester...

And it's my work-connection, pretty sure it's a T3 (close enough to a 45Mbps leased line)!

I have no idea what any of that means, but it says 'Great' so I'm happy
