Being around the house a lot instead of being out and about doing other stuff ie work is doing my head in! I'm sure some of you guys would love to have loads of spare time to do whatever you like but believe me it gets really boring So i might for the 1st time in years try to get a job Anyone suggest what i might be good at as i'm fooked if i know where to start looking

spadge if you interested there a company called drivers on demand, they do contract work for firms and you can do service driving aswell but its nothing set in stoone, they just bell you and you then make your way and deliver the cars orn what ever, nothing permanent so you can still be there for the family as going straight back to work full time or have certain times not free may not be your thing

I spend most of my time at the moment looking after Elliott but as he is going to nursery more now i have more spare time to fill! The rest of the time i'm either tinkering with cars or doing a bit of buying and selling.

I do very little at the moment but have done well enough in the past for this not to be a problem mate.
Still i guess it would be nice to have extra income to support my habit

 

If you are just out for a job mate, why dont u get a driving job , its one of the easiest jobs out there mate.

When i had a year out after leaving school , i worked for my cousin dirivng one of his milk vans 6 mornings a week, i really enjoyed it as i was a milk boy for 4 years at school.

It was so easy to drive about all morning, and have a laugh.

Plus was a extra Ł500 a week for driving, plus lots of free time

 

Its really just as i stated at the start of this mate.
I have a lot of free time and get bored very easily. I need to feel like i have achieved something worthwhile on a daily basis and if not it pisses me off come the evening Most of my working life i have been a motor trader but did take a few years out of that and worked s/e as a regional manager for an 'infamous' window company, where earnings were substancial but so was the grief! I could walk straight back into that tomorrow but i do not wish to commit myself 24/7 just for money and also things have changed in that industry as have i!
I could also recomence motor dealing but just don't fancy that anymore either.

 

how much a week do you get driving a van... i mite start doing this

 

Plenty of driving work in MK Spadge, but it involves you going an registering with a couple of agencies. And because you're slightly more 'aged' than some you can also drive 7.5t on your licence which pays better
