Some kind of shotgun and a handy grassy knoll should do it

why do people do this to there neighbours, have you actually had the bolocks to tell em the issue BEFORE you grassed em up though

i used to have a dog that would bark whe he was on his own, we NEVER knew it went on all day as we have jobs ( not like sitting at home on the net maoning at people )

when 1 neighbour told us we looked into it and the dog was lone;y, didnt like being on his own so we had to gradually get him used to being on his own at short bursts, problem solved

neighbours are not the enemy and grassing on em to a bunch of tossers will only have em do the same to you one day

Have exactly the same problem!

I'd not bother with the council/s...they're, as usual, fookin useless.

My advice would be to complain to the RSPCA and say that the dogs are being abused...it'll be sorted before you can shout 'woof' Not done it myself but someone I know did it and worked a treat!

I tried the council route and nothing happened...at all. Another unenforceable law i.e. too much time and man-power to prove/enforce so they just don't bother!

sorry but the best thing is speakmto the neighbours and explain the situation

someone EVER got my dog, cat fooking fish taken off me and i would make that call to show them what its like

Exxxxaactly.

One my mate did turned out they were left outside, no kennel, no food and were half dead. Got to ask yourself if they're barking all day, why?

The difference is that I know when something that I do would p1ss people off and if people don't know that having a dog barking all day in a residential area would p1ss people off then they are, quite frankly, braindead, ignorant and don't care what other people think.

Last time I tried to speak to my other neighbour about him letting his dog sh1t next to my house and leaving it there...he told me to go fcuk myself.

If you complain to the council, they will request you to keep a detailed log for about 3 or 4 weeks of the times the dog is barking. Then they 'might' go and have a word with the owner and request that they do something to keep the dog's barking under control.

In other words, not a lot you can do about it....

I have been keeping a log there supposed to be going round for a chat today, i also have video evidence, but putfile.com is down so you cant view it.

Ginge, i have a job days off are great when you can almost have a lye in without a dog keeping you awake told the owner, hence calling the council being the next move.

You can't blame the poor dog for it's continual barking, blame it's fcuking owner! If people want dogs as pets, treat them like pets and don't shove them outside all day while at work. That's not being a responsible owner if the dog is being a nuisance.

Totally agree m8, a happy dog just doesn't bark constantly (ask animal rescue). Usually it's neglect, which is even not playing with it i.e. leaving it outside on it's own constantly. Dogs need companionship and attention....they're not like cats!

Just watched the clip. That is soo frustrating. The dog just wants to go indoors, that IS cruelty, and he/she DOES want reporting. The RSPCA will not take an animal off anyone without proof that is is being mistreated, for the animlas sake, get it reported as if it's a genuine mistake that the dog is left out there all day then it will be resolved and they won't take the dog off them for that But they will keep an eye on the situation and make sure the dog is not at risk

I've got one next door to me that constantly whines and barks all day

I'm not that bothered about it, I just stick my music on really loud when its doing it. I'm waiting for her to complain about me then I really will let rip lol

Totally agree with Redkop and Nicole, a dog that barks like that isn't being treated properly. I'm looking after my mums dog at the mo, the only bark I've had out of her all day is when someone knocked the door, she goes and sits in her bed when we're busy or plays with her ball. Dogs need to be trained otherwise they'll do what they want...

Poor dog just wants to go in teh house out of the cold, thats bloody obvious to me.

Go and kick his fooking patio door in* so the dog can go in and get warm, and tell him you will kick it in everytime you see the dog is cold.

*
Only if its his dog of course.

Inform the Koreans.

They'd pay top dollar for a dog like that.

Is this the 1st time Andy?
Maybe they arn't aware that it is doing that all day
Go and have a word with them and see what they say when they come home. It is cruel to leave it outside all day if that is what they have done and if they persist do as has been mentioned and call the RSPCA!

They know about it mate, last summer the owner of the dog threw it out while he sat in the conservatory and ate his tea right infront of the dog while it was barking its head off

Pain in the arse because you cant leave the windows open in the bedroom all night knowing there gonna throw it out at 7:30am until they have all eatem and got dressed

I called the enviromental health today when i was stood in the back garden, she could hear it all They said they will pay them a visit.
