Ive just stripped out the interior of my S1 to give it a proper good clean. Ive removed the carpet and im very suprised on how clean it is underneath!!

However, the sound proofing has seen better days and its cracked and breaking apart in places.

Can I buy replacements for these and if so, anyone know how much they are?

hi mate are you on about the carpet soundproofing about half an inch think with brown stuff on top? or the mastic stuff stuck to the floor itself? cheers mark.

 

Just the carpet soundproofing that lays over the floor mate.

 

dont think you can get it to be honest mate, i know what you mean the top layer cracks, you could always get rid and lay the floor with brown bread soundproofing. hope this helps, cheers mark.

 

you CAN get it , try looking into dynamat they do loads of different types , ive used 2 bulk packs on my combi

 

i dont think FORD still do it, there are loads of sorts out there.
