I have no personal expirence of Pro Alloy's rads, but they look very good, lol. I am using a GRS rad on mine and it does ok. I can't recommend a cooler as I don't have an S1, but I would say a GRS.
You don't need a swirl pot, as you already have one.

to tell the truth mate its only when i hit traffic, i have only had the car a few months and the lad that had before me spent alot alot of money on it (engine wise) but just threw the rad and pace intercooler in
very badly at that aswell and i thought when i sort it all out i might aswell get an alloy rad, header tank and the rest of the trimmings!!! the boot is full of new stuff ready to go on the car but its gettin done over the winter months when i get me garage

well my car ran hot, it turned out it was the temp sender... i had the wrong one from a s2 and it gave a false reading ie very hot all the time.
in the end i got a standard temp sender from a mk 3 esc in scarpper i had its a spade connector NOT a male bullet type connector.
ive got a pro alloy rad and cooler and you should see how fast teh thing cools when u go on a run from when sitting in traffic, i also had an addintional problem of haveing a s2 hybrid turbo so i had the water heated by that as well... the bailey swirl pot did seem to make a little difference. i also had a bailey header tank to make the engine bay look pretty.
to be honest i dont think it matters what alloy rad u have... from experiance the pro alloy fitted very well but was expensive not sure what the rad tech one goes for but i think its cheaper.
the pace cooler is another very nice bit of kit, however u do need to cut teh front panel which i wasent happy about but ive got around that.
think the package was £700 ish off teh top of my head and to be honest a good buy depending on what your doing with teh car.
if i were you i would ditch the fan u have a fit a couple of kenlows if your not going for big cooler
