Alright Grimme
What did you do use a bigger pipe to go over the two and join them together like the tiny plastic boost piping?

Or did you chop the end off and heat it over the top?

My banjo has actualy snapd inside the injector pipe so i have nothing to join to unless i was to bya (banjo) is this even the right name for the part that screws into the metering head? does anywhere sell these banjos? if so what size is the banjo that il need and where sells them?

Thanks Paul.

oh right, mine was different, mine red injector pipe just split from the banjo fixing, so i just cut it down and pushed it back on, never leaked, just find an old 3i or orion 1.6i take a banjo off that

You can't get the banjo fittings. They are VERY fragile and prone to snapping. You need to get urself a new complete pipe. You'll never get a proper seal otherwise - it's under about 75psi of pressure. Contact one of the RS breakers for one.

What about the banjos that are used for oil coolers? i was thikning mayeb use one of these?
What is the size of the banjos used on the injectors that go to metering head from injector then?
I noticed in a thread about building a vauxhall turbo that there oil coolers have the same sort of banjos so maybe i could get one from them if i new the size, i could use hydraulic ts to t the old fuel line to the bit of pipe il heat around the new banjo if i get one;_)

Thanks for replys Paul.

U'd have to measure it up. U certainly could make something up, it's just a lot easier to get some spare shand lines - incase it happens again too!

Get a new banjo from any hydraulics company, cut the red pipe 10mm shorter and rejoin without heating. See that you get a banjo with multiple teeth. The ones with a single tooth to hold the pipe won't tolerate much movement without an additional mini clamp.
