Default Best plugs & oil

what's the best oil & plugs I can use on a standard ERST?
Plugs that are in right now are Motorcraft AGPR901C1, don't know if these are the standard ones.

i have always used champion spark plugs c57`s and mobil fully synthetic oil , but thats my own choice , other people will probably tell you thier own choices too.

ive had turbos for 6 years and all over 200 bhp, never had any issues with those plugs .
