Should i lower my car 40 or 60 mm???
Hey all..
Im about to buy a new GMAX suspension kit for my ERST but i can't decide whether to lower my car 40 or 60 mm..
Is 60 mm too much?? Cuz i dont want too many trouble ridin around on the streets with speedbumps and such... The streets here in Copenhagen can be a real bitch to ride on.. 
If any of yall have lowered your ERST's 40 or 60 mm.. can you please post some pics of the car so i can see the difference.. visual difference that is

Well, personally, with 17" wheels the ride of the RST is fooked 
I have 17"'s dropped 25mm and it is plenty. With 16's you can probably get away with 40mm, but it will scrape with a few people in the car no doubt.
Remember the lower the car goes the quicker things & bushes, tyres wear out

STOO you must be down more than 45mm, mine is down 60mm and yours looks lower. do me a favour and measure from the arch to the ground on the front and rear and i'l do the same. just to compare.
Ride is also crap and mine dont rub either.

Both Stoo and tt's look the bollox 
I wanted to fit 18" MO's to mine, but the car is built for speed and with adjustable suspension so it should handle pretty well. Bigger wheels and going even lower would make it a bit pointless, yet look awesome lol.

Im down 45mm with 18's,ride is crap as everyone has said but i dont like the monster truck look
Can take rear passengers aswell,doesnt rub

As you say it depends what you want. my car was built this way for no specific purpose. This is the way i wanted it. Pretty pointless really apart from it looks the bollox.

just ordered me a GMAX 40mm suspension kit from M8 Auto-Tec Ltd.
so now im just waitin for it to arrive... could be about 2-4 weeks though

I don't mind my fiancee driving mine anymore, she is too scared to drive it over the speed limits. I would be more concerned about her than my car if anything happened when she was driving it.

lol well tht makes me feel betta but i ain't drivin it til u get ya gear box sorted!
think there is a loose boost hose on it too, will inspect that tomorrow night
