affraid to say its going to be a lot of money If you you get it done by a proper company as thats labour intensive.
why are you replacing an inner wing?
would the car be stripped as this would make it easier for someone to do.
have you already got a quote for the work?

cheers for replying,
yeh i would strip car myself and get it trailored to a body shop.
structually the inner wing is sound. but it is rusting and has been welded in places and doesnt look pretty. also when i checked the inner arch side of inner wing it was not pretty, so best to replace whilst getting rusty wings done.
waiting for a couple of quotes at the mo.
any rough guesses how much?

I recently took my Mk3 3 for a price to repair the front footwells, bulkhead and a small repair in the boot. Wanted £500 for it so I did it all myself.
Guessing, they'd probably want about 3 days, so that's 24 hours at say £30 per hour plus parts/paint so I guess you'd be looking at £900 or so providing they find good stuff to weld to.
It took me about a day to do a wing, taking it steady.
hope that helps
