Default s2 wont run on standard dizzy marks?

The belt timing belt is spot on, but when the dizzy is set to the standard marks it wont run, but it will if you fully advance it but then the belt timing reads that it is retarded and needs to be more advanced but there is no more adjustment!!!

It has a Kent cvh34 cam,Superchip,-31,double valve springs, not an impressive spec but i just cant get it run right
Tried the knock sensor plus air leaks even a new dizzy and metering unit but still the same prob?
Im told that the kent cvh34 will and should run using standard marks?

Please help

Nick

u have changed the ecu then, the vacuum pipe to the ecu is ok, a small leak can cause problems, has it not run since installing the cam and springs?
