i have a 1.8 zetec pfywheel that takes a 220mm clutch, or i can get the 2.0l mondy one that takes the 240mm clutch

I think u would need to make a flywheel!

U could use what ever clutch u wanted just build the flywheel to work with it!

as i dont think a cossie flywheel will bolt onto a zetec enigne & i dunno if a zetec flywheel will be the right size to work on a cossie box!

not to sure to b honest!

I would think the other issue is depth of the flywheel!
really u need a zetec flywheel & a cossie flywheel & look how they differ! & go form there! u may b able to modify 1 to work! i.e. re drill the cossie 1 to bolt up2 the zetec crank!?

How much BHP are you going to run?

Do you really need to run the T5? I have heard that they have quite high transmission losses.

If you are running less than 350 BHP surely you could get away with an MT75 box.

Much cheaper to buy than a T5 and easy to fit to a zetec.

Use the 2ltr flywheel and buy a modified release bearing from Westfield. See link below.

http://www.westfield-sportscars.co.u...earchCriteria=

I just scaled off their photo and turned up my own 19mm spacer to mod my release bearing.

This is the route i have gone with my 2.1 zetec turbo in my kit car.
