ok so ive been looking around on here and im now wondering about a new servo on my motor, but what OTHER servo units will fit and work better , and are there ANY that are still available from ford maindealers ?

my servos shagged and it needs to go but im having trouble finding a new one ......

You can make vertually any fit with a bit of cutting and welding of the bulk head brackets.

I've used the MK5 fiesta servo and cylinder as they give a powerful pedal to make breaking easy.

 

but what is a popular upgrade , i have no way of welding anything here at home , my car either wont tickover, or ticks over too high , sometimes the revs are up over 3k , when that happens i have no brakes at all !!.

there must be a simple solution to this dilemah

are you saying theres an actual improvement , or did you have a faulty unit before hand ?
