Looks smart tony ...

Do u think i could run 2 gauges off the normal temp sensor at the front of the block? ie in dash gauge and my new auto gauge one?

Errrrrm possibly.

My Defi has a different sender to the Ford one, and is faar better quality, I would guess that they vary alot and are matched. Why not dump the Ford Guessometer all together?

your autogauge should come with a separate sender, u could try to measure the resistance of both senders with a multimeter, when their about equal u could just split up the ford sender. otherwise, you might want to fit the sender into yr thermostat housing, theres a hole in it which u need to drill out,the sender fits in quite nicely, its just taps itself into the alloy.apply a small coat of glue around the top of the sender and the housing, job done.
