Default Yoko A539's V Parada's ???????

Hi all

My front tyres are worn on the inner edge and need replacing (4X4 Saph Cossie with 7.5*17 MO's, running 215/40/17 tyres) but the rears that were fitted at the same time are fine.

Basically want to know whether to replace the worn A539's with the same (which I can get for £77.55 each inc VAT) or whether to fit 2 Paradas (which I can get for £63 each inc VAT).

Also I know ideally you replace all 4 at once on a 4X4 but I dont see the point in doing that as the rears are fine. Just concerned about mixing the tread patterns/tyres generally...

Has anybody got experience of the Parada's ? Are they any good (if they are I will buy 4 when the fronts next wear out).

Many thanks

Kev

Kev,

Rob had Parads on his Focus RS, and they were excellent!

Better tyre than the A539, although that does sound a cheap price!

I have Parada's on the front of my RST and I can't fault them at all. Running AVS Sports on the back at the mo but these will be swapped to Parada's later this summer

Right - I can only assume the person that has posted below my "never like to pay over the odds comment" has used swear words - unfortunatly as our swear filter blocks everything out that contains 'questionable words' I cannot now view the topic at all.

Could whoever has posted below my post, please edit it to remove the 'questionable' words so I can view the topic again and get the info I need etc

Many thanks

Kev

Really strange as I can view it again now?

Many thanks anyway - might as well go for the Paradas then as they are cheaper.

By the way Rich the £63 is an offer for this month only...

Whilst I have not used them, Parada's do look good. However, there were quite a few posts by people saying that they were crap??

I've used them, and I'm the world's biggest tyre critic!

They're not quite Eagle F1 standard, but they're a good tyre!

have you jacked the rear end up? can be very deceptive if you are just looking in through the arch. all of my rears have worn on the inner edge and isnt obvious unless you jack the car up.
