Luckly not the cossie!

Only had the mondy 2 weeks. On my way to work this morning, old boy decides he's turning right on a mini round about just as Im heading straight on.

I had plenty of time to stop, dunno what happened to him coz he just kept turning til he drove into me!

Thanks to ickle nicki for making her recovery boys hurry up and take me home! Even if she did tell the driver to give me stick!



Damage luckly isnt as bad as it looks. Needs a new steering rack, front shock, and obviously a new wing.

Looks like its gonna end up being a 50 / 50 claim wise. I was completely stationary when he hit me, but he did have right of way and I was on the roundabout.

M8 if you were on the round about FIRST then its his foult no matter whot I had a bloke cut me up on a round about one day i was in the Landrover and he was in a Pug 106 I went up the round about a try and miss him but it did'nt work he still hit me

He told me in his own words "im going straght (sp) over so i have the right of way" i replyed yer but you have to stear around the round about you f!!king t!at So my m8 called the old bill to sort it as he was saying it was all my foult (poilce did'nt want to know untill i told them if they dont get here asap he'll be in front of the next car ) the arived 2mins later
They still said i should'nt have been so close tho but said to the bloke he was more @ foult Ps we would give me his address as he told the police (his words) "He might come around and bet me up or some thing" But he wanted my addy

Well spotted m8,

he's bent the steering rack rod and put a kink in the bottom of the shock where it fits into the hub so everything is twisted upwards.

Luckly most of it is fine so I get off lightly if I end up paying out for the repair.
