Default Fiesta Turbo Running Problem

Just bought the car last night, was all good untill i got home. When the car starts coming onto boost the cars got no power even tho the turbo is working at about 15psi, this mainly happens when going up a hill or in 3rd gear upwards. Its like the clutch is slipping but this is not the due to the fact the enging is not reving properly.
Anyone got any idea what the problem could be??

you may have a split hose by the sound of it, mine was like that when the vac hose come off my dump valve.
have a look and listen out for hissing

The car seems to be running fine now, needs setting up tho as its overfuelling which may have something to do with it. Going to get it rolling road tuned next week.

look for a leak in the injection system or a blocked hose down by the dump valve
