I would firstly replace the cambelt, once done I would take the plugs out, turn it over by hand on the crank for several revalutions, then disconnect injectors and coil, put some fresh fuel in and allow to circulate (switching on and off a few times shiould help) then turn it over until the oil pressure light goes out.
put some fresh fuel in and allow to circulate (switching on and off a few times shiould help)
replace plugs and reconnect injectors then start
you may want to change the oil and filter before aswell, also check oil level before you turn it over

From: it's not where you are, it's where you've been and where you hope to be
replace the belt, pull the dizzy out and drive the hex shaped dizzy/oil pump shaft with a drill till the oil pressure comes up then pull the plugs and spin it on the starter with the injectors disconnected to get oil circulated. then start it
If the engine hasn't been stripped just removed whole it will be fine, I'm baffled by some of the answers here
lol
Nothing is going to hurt the bearings unless it's been left outside and full of water, I would just service it and start it, I've used engines that have been stood over 10 years, the only issues I've seen are seals get hard with age and can leak
I can never see any sense in fixing things that aren't broken it's just work creation imo
