Hi all can anyone shed any light why Audi say my 2003 A3TDI 16V 2.0 BKD engine has no heater control valve/solenoid? if so what controls the temperature of the heating system?
I found this on ebay and according to the chart it fits my car but im unable to locate it under the bonnet?

im putting a new Matrix in on Tuesday ,, but think the issue is with the Waterpump.. any help guys

 

To the best of my knowledge this valve is fitted to your car on the heater pipes near where they enter the car under the windscreen.
follow the heater pipes and you should find it.
