Been offered a damage repaired noble m12 and seems a lot of car for the money. Just wondered if anyone knows anything about them?

 

The early 2.5 needed a track sump update iirc to stop oil issues. The cars hold their value well. The cars got progressively faster and better.

Basic engine. Have a look at owners on pistonheads, they will prob know the car. I was very impressed when I took out an early one...think it was 2003 and brand new then.

 

Just been on pistonheads and they all seem to love them. This one is 2002 M12 3r model so is it the twin turbo model?

 

A mate had an 02 GTO 5spd stuck gt28r's on there with fuel pump upgrade and intercooler and rad with a remap it made about 370 @flywheel at low boost.
Awsome little cars you just need to keep your eye on them all the time.
He had engine mounts replaced and a new complte exhaust system it was an animal waiting to be unleashed even more.
weighs roughly 1250kilos from memory.
New Ohlins suspension.
Modified rear clam and lights. Much better than standard imo and 'usa' style (big in usa too)
The noise was something else with v6 twin turbo through the exhaust.

The gearbox gave up on a hard launch in the end but it was torquey at 12psi.

 

This one sounds good.

I have always liked these cars. Is the m12 the one with the tuned Mondeo and Cougar 2.5 v6 in them? I had that engine in my mondeo if so and even the bog standard one i felt was a good engine

 

I think its the mazda V6 engine originaly which ford used for the Mondys.
2.5 not the 3.0 I think 04 was changeover to the 3 litre 6 speed . I know some people use the 5 speed modded to suit the the 3 litre maybe for friendly track use.
