at work leaving school car what hit her accepted full responsibility travelling at speed my wife was backing out off a car parking space stationery when the collision happend rang my insurance up today and they wanted 350 excess even not her fault my insurance company said it would go 50 50 even though the other driver admitted her fault told them to fook off im not paying the excess when the other party has accepted liability insurance is a waste off time im going to repair the car myself thoughts

Doesn't matter who's fault it is, you still have to pay the Excess.
If the other driver is at fault, you then claim the excess from them/ their insurance as an uninsured loss.

im old school and not had a claim in 30 yrs lol theway i saw it was in my days you did not pay any excess if it was not your fault thats why i blew a headgasket on the phone lol

If the other driver has admitted fault then deal directly with their insurance and leave yours out of it. Far easier.
