Default Cossie 3 Dr. Starter relay.

Yo boyz, My Cossie 3dr, wont start, I have tracked it down to no power to the fuel pump, so suspect starter relay. Looked in fuse box, plenty of relays but no identification. ID of fuses on back of lid, but no guide to starter relay.
Any ideas please guys? Cheers.

A faulty fuel pump will in no way affect it from turning over!

Secondly there is no starter relay, it's just a switched supply!

It's perfectly normal to have to power at the pump, as it only primes when the ignition is switched on.

Default Cossie 3 Dr Starting probs

Thanks for your input Martin, praps I should clarify! The engine turns over fine but does not start; pulled the hose at the fuel rail, no fuel.

I suspect the fuel pump, so take off the connections to find no power to the pump with ignition ON.

Hence looking for a relay or something stopping the power to the pump!
Any other ideas?

Yes but like I say there is no power to the pump, when you turn the ignition on you should be able to hear it prime?

No gas to the fuel rail, so surely no priming? Are you saying that the fuel pump
sometimes has no power to it on startup? I'm not very up on fuel injection so
praps you could wise me up.

When you switch the ignition on the fuel pump primes, so the engine can fire.

It does not run continuously until the engine runs, the first thing to do is to determine if the pump primes...
