Hi all could you help settle an argument was there a mk4 special edition called the xrt it was a 1300 it is a spin off fron the xr3i thanks

there was a fiesta van called the xrv, had xr bumpers,wheels and spoilers. never heard of an xrt though.

We went down to the ford dealers where it was origanly sold and it was taites of Leeds and they had in 1300 base models and added the xr3i bumpers and spoilers and sold them xrt as a dealership special edition

Exactly so never a legitermate model! To be legit it must have rolled of the line as an xrt! Thats like me putting cossie bumpers etc on a standard sierra and calling it an rs lol

I had an XRT, it was a 1300 ohv engine 4 speed. It was the same bumpers and spoiler as an XR3. I did live in Leeds though so it may have originated (as mentioned ) from Tate Ford in Leeds!
