Hi

I currently have my gauges wired in through the ignition live on the stereo however is this correct? Is there a better place to do it from?

Help much required please!!

Ive got mine wired through the stero live and never had no problems with it that way,

thats cool mate just wanted to make sure that was how others was doing it. i spose all it does is run the bulb to light up the surround!

I'd say it depends where the gauges are but I usually pick up any power supply from the stereo wireing to power any gauges but lighting them up I usually tap in to the wireing for the heater control panel ilumination that way the gauge back lights only come on when you turn your head lights on

Ive got to have mine tapped into the stereo wiring because ive got smoked faces on my gauges, so need them lighted up all the time
