Water cooling pipes on turbo

Water cooling pipes on turbo

i want to remove these on mine as it runs hot, do i need to blank the holes off on the turbo core or can i just removed the banjo bolts and leave it open?

I just unbolted mine and removed banjo bolts and pipes then blocked the water pipes off.
Make sure you keep the pipes as there getting rare.
