what the recomended oil and sparks for a zetec turbo people?

Zetecs can only run 5/30 oil specific for ford zetec engines or you will incounter problems

Focus rs plugs work great

I run Titan race pro s 5w-40 in my zetec turbo'd Orion...

As recommended by Opie Oils...

I rung and spoke to them regarding my engine spec, oil temps etc...
When it comes to oil, if I've any doubt I'd ring them...

 

thats a point the oil problems where with the silver top, if you put in the wrong oil the lifters got sticky and caused a misfire, but the blacktop has different lifters, so depends which engine you have

but what ever you use, use a really good quality oil, as slammed orion recommends get hold of opie oils
