Wow that's some serious castor, think there is something else going on there rather than just the ARB.

Here's how it looked before it was bolted to the car but the ARB was done up tight to the TCA's.
Does anything on yours look wildly out to this?

That will be addressed in the new year as i'm having 9" wide wheels on the front so i'm going to do that mod where you space the arch out.
Wish they still made that bracket brand new though looks like i'll have to get a new one fabed up.
That is the only rusty bit on the car thou

That's a 4x4 roll bar mate, ya need the saff or 3dr roll bar ,personally I'd go with a saff 1 , and double check you've got 2wd lower arms as well ,

If you wire brush the top or bottom of the roll bar near the end ( I think it's on the drivers side ) you'll find a number stamped into the bar starting with a "h"

But I'm 100% sure it's a 4x4 bar
3dr roll bar was a h13 and a saff roll bar was h14

Hello mate, I put a 2wd setup in my old escos with the original 4x4 ARB and it did this! i couldn't get the bumper on! When i changed it to a 2wd one it was spot on.
Was it a mission to get the antiroll bar ends in the lower arms as mine where a right bastard when i had the 4x4 ARB?

undo the bolts a little bit and then drop it on the deck to let everything settle and bounce properly before tightening them up again

but i'd say you've got the wrong arb too as it's pointing a bit funny
