Default Cosworth management non start

Hi Guys,
Just fitted a weber conversion to a car at home, went to fire it today and it started first time, left it running for a bit while i checked it over for leaks etc then went in for lunch.
Came out after, turned the key and it just cranks, wont fire. It seems i've lost the spark!
I'm getting no spark out of the king lead, still got the ignition live to the coil and the fuel pump runs when cranking so i assume that the crank sensor / signal is ok?
I haven't really done any checks as yet as i got the arse with it and just carried on fitting it all back up.
Any thing obvious to have a look at before i try parts ( don't have spares of anything anymore! )
I'm thinking that perhaps the ignition amp has shit the bed?

Thanks for any input, Gary

Non of the sensors have moved at all
Could be a fraction out from the vibration when running
Just a thought

Check the obviousley stupid basics first, like connections and fuses

then

measure resistance of king lead,

also king lead will only fire once, to discharge the coil, then it will charge again this can be confusing mate, use one of the plug leads instead

try it again once cold incase sensor breaking down when warm/hot

has it been mapped for new application?
maby fueling is miles out.

feel free to PM me matey, or gimme a ring.

Sean.

I would look very carefully at crank and phase sensor both gaps and timing, as it could have moved a little, fuel pump running just means its picked up a signal that the engine is moving.

CPS is fine, as you say I would look toward the ignition amp, failing this it could be the coil itself.

I had months of mine not running, no spark or injector pulse, the phase sensor was not seeing enough of the trigger, eventually a kind person hooked a monitor up and then we bent the phase sensor bracket and it fired up

Disconnected then re connected the ignition amp and fired up first time! So I've cleaned and closed the pins up a bit. All good!
