Cut them off, but obviously you need to be able to put something back on, or do you?

I tried this once years ago, the dozens of springy steel bands in the tyre are a bit tricky should have seen the tyre fitters' face when I presented him with a wheel only wearing two side walls!

Are there no other tyre fitting places in the area lol...albeit you might have to pay
Wouldn't risk tyre levers or the hassle of tryin to cut them off if it was me anyway!

Default tyre removal

you could try small independant garages if you live rural they tend to hang on to their machines . if not drive to independant tyre places or part worn places most of them will change your own tyres for a small fee.

Hardest part of changing your own tyres is knocking them off the bead. I do this 1 of two was 1. Using the leg off a Lorry with hiab or 2. A 2" piece of angle and a big sledge hammer. Good luck

Surely you can get it done somewhere. 5 / 10 quid for removal. No chance of getting hurt then

Couple of tyre levers from Bike Hut at Halfords and off you go. If you can get 26" skinny tyres off 15" or so should be no bother.
