Ring a machine shop?

Depends how much need taking off the bores. And how much the man wants to charge.

Less then you think!

Billy Banister who I use charged me £30 from memory for an overbore from 86 to 87mm to suit my new pistons.

If it was to be perfect he would want it a hot hone with a torque plate, but generally its single brand specialists that will have torque plates due to cost

Depends on power and reliability as to how far you go.

As mentioned if its perfection then do as above, a road car wont need this unless you're planning big power or tight clearances.
