Default What power will my cossie make? Its getting mapped tonight!

As is the norm here lately, lets all guess what power and torque my car will make on the rollers tonight.

Brief spec is:

200 block
Balanced bottom end with shot peened rods
6 long studs
low comp 7.5:1 with valve cutouts
wrc headgasket
ported 2wd head
bd10 cam
isky valve springs
vernier pulleys
modded 2wd inlet with 14mm spacer and restriction removed from the elbow
83lb siemens
gt3076r turbo 0.63 housing internally gated
airtec cooler (the one that cossie4i tested back-to-back against the spec-r)

i reckon around 480bhp and 420lb/ft

Im secretly hoping to break the 500 barrier but would rather it drove nice instead of number chasing.

i am not sure you going to hit that with that inlet and cams although i dont know what the max hp is on 2wd inlet thats been moded or what the max is on bd10 cams but when i first read it i was thinking around 420-430 bhp

It's being mapped by Steve Saddler @ Motorworx.

Steve - whatever it makes will be more than what your 4i is doing

As long as it stays reliable & is quicker than my old one that's all I care about really

I'm pretty sure it had a bd14 inlet and std exhaust cam. Sure it was around 430 on the small version t38.

that's a very smooth curve indeed.
not bad power there, step up a housing on the turbine and you'd be knocking on 500 then, turbo is very capable of that if you up the boost. 2BAR minimum these take, 2.5 is very common and they last.
i've just gone for the junior gt3071r on my zetec turbo in my xr2 and that is very lively at 2BAR, surges a little though.
