hi guys, need help with 4wd cossie oil pump. im rebuilding my engine, and the block is going to the shop tomorrow for work, I stripped the pump down today and it has major scoring inside. ive been looking for a new pump and 4wd pumps are well expensive. 2wd ones are a little cheaper and t25 escos ones are really cheap. ive heard of people using t25 pumps on there 4wd saphs. what needs to be done to adapt them? and is it worth it???

The oil pump is the heart of your engine mate, don't cut corners to save a hundred quid odd, just get a nice new genuine 4x4 pump from a trusted and recommended supplier or tuner

 

that dosent really answer my question mate, i wondered if it was worth doing and is there an advantage to doing it, the end of the day its not cutting corners if its cheaper and dose the same job why not find out more about it and if its worth it give it a go.

 

If you use a t25 pump, you must have your engine machined for oil jets
