Does the act gauge wiring and sensor come with the dash?
And is that a rev limit red light in the top left?

Yep Steve, according to the instructions,the red light is for the limiter, the rev counter and act gauge have their wiring looms and the act has a probe,

 

How big is the dog cage, I could do with one of them mate.
