As most know ive been trying to build a cosworth for some time but as i started it at a young age i thought a replica would be the best way to go... which it would have been if i kept it simple! but oh no i decided to spend money on cosworth rarity's such as carbon spoilers and one of seats along with carbon kevlar panels...

It soon got to the point where it was stupid to bolt all my stuff onto a fwd zetec turbo cosworth replica... it seem'd daft as since ive owned my project ive had 3 bmws so going back to fwd became hard to accept! even though i still have a e30 as a daily.. then i got hold of the xr3i rwd shell and again decided it wasnt what i wanted so ive decided to call it a day and stop fucking about.

ive sold a few bits to fund a cosworth shell and im on the hunt for bits to get it built up onto its wheels for a mock fit of my parts to make sure everything fits before paint.

Im going RWD Zetec turbo to keep the costs down, we all love the yb and so do i but its a old engine now, your looking at over £1200 to get a engine on its own and even then it may need rebuilding soon.. With a zetec im hoping for similar power but as theres more bits around for them im hoping parts will always be available for reasonable costs.

Escort Cosworth Front + Rear Hubs

Escort Cosworth 2wd Rear Beam

Sierra t5 Gearbox
Sierra 2wd Rear Diff

these are the bits i want to get hold of first, im not after concourse bits here im after the bits that will need work to get good again, the bits what are too good to throw away so your holding onto them hoping you will use them one day but probably wont haha

I have a pair of 2wd Saff hubs, been stripped, powdercoated and built back up with new bearings, and I have a 2wd Saff rear ARB

Hello mate I have a whole 2wd rear end except for diff. Needs painting up and sorting but I only want £100 for everything.
It's in for sale section under (2wd and 3dr stuff)

due to conflicting information i need all escort cosworth bits hubs, cross memeber, pas, track controll arms, arbs, rear beam..

the only sierra bits i need are the rear diff and gearbox

Hi mate. I have a rear diff. All good off a running saph before I blew my turbo :-( pm me. I am in kent

 

if using a 7.5" diff you will need the corresponding driveshafts and stub axles too.

if using 7" then you will need the ones fitted to 4x4 versions - i have the driveshafts adn stub axles for this - pm me if interested
