Default help on zetec odd idling issue pls....

i recently zetec'd my mk1 onion n its recently started actin funny... on start up if i go to drive its hesitant n jumps back n forth so i rev it n get into 2nd n its not so bad but stil does it.... after few mins drivin its fine

nx thing lol is sometimes if i put my foot down i get flat spots, seems like if i hold revs in wot ever gear then progressively accelerate it goes but if i jus floor it, it seems flat.

finally when i pull up it holds revs at 1500-2000 then wen its ready after 4-5 seconds it drops to near stalling but catches itself n settles at bout 900 but bit lumpy (it is camd up with headwork n i no sum say they idle odd wen camd up)

any info wud be great, im thinkin MAF sensor or ICV, is ther anythin else anyone can think it cud be?
