3 Door Cossie Suspension

Just wanted advice on what suspension is best for a 3 door cossie. I have 17's all round, and on normal roads the car is rock solid and you feel everything.

Thanks and how low was the drop on the springs...or drop all round?

It's on standard rims... But I'm putting a set of TSW hocks on it 17".. And they won't catch or rub.
