quick release Steering wheel slug I.D , help !

not a great pic but can anyone identify the maker of the Triangular shape slug on the steering column , i need to buy another and ive no idea who made these ones !

is it the weld on type?

if so theres plenty on ebay:

yes it is weld on but its not like johnnys ,its basically a 3 pointed triangular jobby , cant find it anywhere
